Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Full payment is due 30 days before the start of the tour.
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.​ However, payment via Credit card

and bank transfer may incur​​​ additional fees, and these fees shall be borne by customer.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made between 30-60 days before the tour start date will receive a 25% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures.

3. Changes to Itinerary:

• The tour company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen

circumstances, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

• We will make every effort to inform you of any changes as soon as possible and provide

suitable alternatives.

4. Travel Insurance:

• It is mandatory for all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers

trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

• The tour company is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

5. Health and Safety:

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before the tour.
• Participants are required to follow safety instructions provided by the tour guides and staff.

6. Liability:

• The tour company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the tour.
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings and valuables.
• The tour company is not liable for any third-party services or activities booked independently by participants.

7. Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, local communities, and wildlife during the tour.
• Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
• Participants are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations at all times.

8. Force Majeure:

• The tour company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these

Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.
